You have to sign up for Managed Payments. E-Bay does not use Paypal any more. Have you attached your checking account to your Seller account? Sent verification of your SSN and DL?

This might get you headed in the right direction

another "drive-by" post seeking help but not acknowledging those who assist

Sometimes I am very aggravated and post here hoping for immediate relief. It sometimes works.
Then I get busy and don't look back.
Usually the members are helpful.

This is the OP’s first post in the Community. They are unlikely to find their way back to the thread unless someone ‘tags’ them… and no one has yet . @devlin2011

Pay Pal is no longer an option for sellers.
You have to sign up for Managed Payments, providing a checking account and the last 4 of your SSN.

Hi @devlin2011
PayPal can still be used for paying for eBay purchases. It cannot be used anymore to process buyers’ payments for sellers.
You need to sign up for Managed Payments with eBay … which will include providing your SSN and checking account number. [Many sellers have opened a new account just for selling on eBay.]

Hello? You have the link in a previous post.

This is why Ebay is telling you that you are not verified. They need your bank routing number, checking account number and your full SSN. Before you give them any of this information, make sure things match up. Your name and physical address must perfectly match. Not even a single character difference between your Ebay account set up and your bank information. So if you have your middle initial on something, remove it or add it to where it doesn't currently exist.
It is far easier to edit your Ebay account than your banking info. In the email or whatever it was that notified you that you were not verified, it likely has a link to how to register for MP.

I empathize with you - after a long hiatus of selling only a couple items I decided to start selling more seriously.
Things have changed in recent years, fraud is a huge concern, and eBay (along with everyone else) has to make sure that "you are who you say you are" and, that they have a verified bank account associated with you. They have a bunch of safeguards to ensure this, and like most of this stuff, it does tend to mostly inconvenience the majority, who are decent and honest. Try to be patient, once you get everything setup and running and kind of get a system down for shipping it goes pretty slick, for the most part.
