Hi friends,

My or /number 06-11016-71119/ was confirmed, payment done from my Mastercard, then it was cancelled and my ebay account was suspended. How can I get my money back?

When a payment is cancelled it goes back to your card which can take a few days to a whole billng period to show up on your card.

Thank you for your answer. What can I do, if it didn't show up and the account has been suspended? Any customer service to write?

There is no reason for you not to receive a credit if the transaction was cancelled.

If you don't  get it then you can dispute the payment with your card co.
