I give up. Can't buy anything. Payment methods are correct and work on other sites. Ebay trying to force PayPal. Not buying from Ebay.

How are you trying to pay? Visa gift cards may work on other sites but they no longer work here.
PayPal is a good option for buyers because instead of 30 days MBG protection you get 180 days when you pay with PayPal.
