     Little confused by your post, what is "hot paid" and what are ite.s and were they actually delivered? Did you by chance pay using a PayPal balance rather than on the CC?

eBay no longer pays sellers thru PayPal.

You don't get paid through Pay Pal, you need a checking account through a real bank.

Pay Pal is not a bank.
