"Double" Charged

Hello everyone,

I bought a product on eBay and I was charged for it, which was a "PREAUTH-SIG" on my bank account, but then I got charged again under a recurring charge. I didn't buy any item twice so I'm quite confused and I tried looking for a category to contact eBay support but was unable to find anything. I bought one quantity of an item, but ended up getting charged once more than I should have been.

Will my money be returned to me from the second charge or will I have to contact my financial institution?

One is a pending charge when the sale is made and will be removed when the actual funds are removed for your purchase.
