Did you mean:

new payment fees, etc.

I have read a lot of the info about this new ebay takes over payments, stuff.  I don't see where it will be to my benefit, will this be required?  Can I opt out?  From what I've read so far, it will be a total nightmare for me.  The bank account I have my ebay/paypal account linked to, is a personal checking account, not a business account.  And, with the exception of my paypal account, I don't bank online, so would have to physically keep track of what is and is not going into my account, plus keep things separate as far as what I've got to go into my business, and what I need for everything else.

I'm not sure Managed Payments was developed for sellers' benefit, but I'm curious how you came to that conclusion?

Yes.

What have you read that leads you to believe Managed Payments will be a total nightmare for you?

You don't have to have a business account linked to Managed Payments. You may have a personal checking account linked. Many sellers have opted to open a new, free checking account--some recommend choosing a different financial institution.

Maybe this would be the perfect time to utilize online banking to make the transition to Managed Payments more successful!

Have you only been reading the negative things?

keep things separate as far as what I've got to go into my business

Or just get a second checking account.

My bank gave me a free one with no fees and no minimum balance.

i haven't read a single thing about mangled payments that makes selling better for me...
