I just sold an item to someone in Canada (I am in the USA).
They haven't paid yet so I want to send them an invoice but the system will not let me.
The message that appears is 'Invoices cannot be send for International Shipping Orders'
I never saw that before ---is that new, a glitch or ???
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!

@sherstore It looks like you are using eBay International Shipping (EIS) for your listings.
With this shipping method sellers can't send an invoice to the buyer. That is all done by EIS. eBay has already sent the buyer an invoice for both the Domestic and International shipping cost. eBay takes care of all customs, taxes and duties paperwork. All you have to do is ship the item to the international hub in Glendale Heights and you are done.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes using eBay EIS is very easy...I just wanted to send the buyer an invoice because it was taking longer than I am use to for the payment. I woke up this morning and see that I got paid.
It's all good!
