PayPal in Sri Lanka goes one way. Your government allows you to pay through PayPal with a credit card. They do not allow their citizens to attach a bank account to PayPal. A debit card would be payment by bank account.

I don't think members in Sri lanka can pay with paypal unless they have a credit card. If you're having trouble with your credit card, contact Paypal.
