Seller restrictions error

I keep getting this error when trying to buy something in the UK

anybody know what the issue is?

You can’t buy whatever it is because the seller doesn’t ship whatever it is to the US.

The 'error" pretty much explains the issue.

SHIPPING, EXPORT or IMPORT restrictions.

This is an easy one.  The seller doesn't ship to the US.  What ever they might be selling cannot be exported here in the US.  That's it.
