how to update personal info on managed payments with no help from ebay?

    my husband opened our ebay account 19 years ago using his social security number, even though i am the primary user. he recently became disabled and is not allowed any income. when  i was forced into managed payments, i switched to my ssn, sent in all the necessary bank statements and was told all was good. then started receiving notices that my personal info needed to be updated even though the page wouldn't let me. many many phone calls later, and no one can help me. always told that they would call back, but never do. finally got someone who really seemed like he wanted to help me. i was told i would be sent a link to send my drivers license photo, been weeks and still nothing/ i started managed payments on sept. 15th and have not been paid once. ebay is holding my sales money of over $600. also, now i am told i can't list any more items until I UPDATE MY INFO. i pay monthly for a store that i can't use right now. will i be refunded for this? will i ever get my money?  ebay swooped in right on time to collect my monthly fees on sept 30th, that they can do, but finding someone to help me, well, they can't seem to do that. i am locked out of my ebay account with no one to help me, i have sat home many days waiting for the call back that never comes. any advice would be appreciated. i have bills to pay and my ebay sales are my way of paying them. why can't ebay send me this link that i need? i have been patient for one month, i need ebay to pay me the money they owe me, or at least point me in the right direction to someone that will actually take the time to get this straightened out for me. I am tired of being pushed aside

Make sure your registered ebay name matches your checking account name, including any middle name/initial.

Go to My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal info (and double check all info there).

Respond to the emails; do not call. They will get back to you. Tell them what you have given them and you do NOT know what else they want.

Send in something again (upload bank statement or voided check or both (you can redact $ amounts on checking statement).. if something is not going through, they will email you (ebay messaging)- then respond through that.

thanks for your reply. it is not the bank section that has the problem. it is the personal info section. and it will not let me use the Save button.

make sure your on Windows 10 and preferable using Google Chrome. Lots of 'things' don't work on ebay using IE.

I know you guys say you can't help with account specific issues but...can you offer the OP any guidance in what next steps they can take to get resolution for their problem?

Thanks for the tag @mcdougle4248 - you're correct that we can't help with account specific issues on the boards. I'm also very limited in the information I have on managed payments, and this sounds very unusual. 

The best thing for the OP is to continue to contact manage payments directly.

Thank you for responding.  Unfortunately, there are threads popping up weekly that sound very similar to this one, so I am not convinced it is "unusual" at this point.  Sellers going weeks with payouts being declined and no help in sight...very sad to me 😢

just called again only to be put on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected. then get a message from ebay saying they tried to call but no answer, and to check and make sure i gave them the right phone number. are you kidding me? now i am totally locked out of my account. what kind of business is this? they say they have to make sure i am who i say i am, but they sure swooped in and took out my sellers fees for last month, $137, right on time. no one ever calls back, i have never been treated so poorly. guess being a super seller means nothing to ebay

it is very sad. this money is for bills since my husbands disability and of course the pandemic. i was happy i made the money to pay my bills but ebay won't give it to me, so bills remain unpaid right now. ebay DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S SELLERS,
