and money is to ebay not paypal 

I can see my balance but I just can not get contact with ebay 

I see no email, live chat just really make me angry

how I can get this money from ebay?

Since you're a new seller, your funds will be held for a short time.

Once they are released, they'll send the funds to the account you provided when you signed up for MP.

Also as to your question about Ebay vs Paypal.  Ebay now has it's own payment process known as MP [Managed Payments].  So you should take the time to learn all about this too as it controls your money.
