I have read more articles that have nothing to do with what I need help with I need to talk to a person at eBay. Im getting frustrated. Every time you need help you cannot get it. Ive been reading crap for an hour and still no answer how do I get eBay number overtime I select account they do not have my issues and it just re routes again same BULL...

What's the problem? If's it too personal than I guess it might never get answered.

Most issues on eBay can be resolved without actual personal contact, either through the Money Back Guarantee for buyers, or by asking for help or advice here.  

You have given no details.  We don't even know if you're asking as a buyer or as a seller.  How about returning and telling us what's going on?
