Recent purchase of a 1955 Chrysler model car

We received the Oder in time, but moving the box around  a little you could hear rattling inside the box.  One of the doors broken off, the other one did not close easily.  The front bumper was not attached and the sill molding had also come loose.  The side view mirror on the driver’s side was also off.  We contacted the seller to see if they would refund partial purchase price.  We told him the out side box and the item box were not damaged.  He wrote back and suggested we go to the post office and lodge a complaint.  We replied to his email but have not heard back from him.  He now has another model listed using the same pictures he used to sell the one we bought.

Sounds like it arrived not as described.  You need to click the return this item button and choose not as described.    It's up to the seller to take care of any shipping damage issues.  NOT the buyer.  You can get a full refund and the seller pays the return cost too if they want it back.
