ebay wants me to call non existing support phone number to change my bank account

I've created a new separate ebay account I want to start using as my business account, during the registration it would keep splitting the errors telling me to call them so I'd try every bank account I have multiple times until it went through. 
Now I have it registered and verified with one of my PLN IBANs but that's not exactly great as I list items in euro and when I want to change the IBAN to one of my euro accounts I keep getting that error message telling me to call  00800 200 90 200, when I call it, I get a recorded reply telling me that ebay no longer uses this number and it hangs up.
Writing the support is no use because they ignore me and insist the problem does not exist and I can just simply remove or change my bank account since my ebay account does not have any restrictions.

You mentioned you made a new account and want to start using your business account.

A business bank account links to a business eBay account. A personal bank account links to a personal eBay account. The two have to be the same type.

Link a personal eBay account to a personal checking and link a business eBay account to a business checking account. Maybe that's where the problem is.
