Debit card payment is not accessible for some items in eaby. what is the reason for that error?

It's because your bank is blocking the payment.

Your country is running low on foreign reserves needed to convert the currency for international payments. Your  government's website says at times some banks in Sri Lanka will be limiting foreign transactions. Contact your bank. Your bank could be collapsing  or it could be a temporary block.
