Different payment methods on eBay have better protection when you pay, and using a credit card attached to PayPal is best method  because then you will have 180 days to dispute a payment or file a claim instead of 30 days. You will be also be able to do chargebacks after eBay protection has expired. Sri Lanka  is allowed to attach a credit card but not allowed to attach a bank account for the payment. (debit  card is bank account payment)

PayPal, especially when you pay via credit card or debit through PayPal

You get PayPal protection plus an extra layer from your cc or card company.
