Try another payment method (Google pay,Apple pay,Pay pal,)..

Please do your own research. There are a lot of other Sri Lankans wondering the same thing. That search board above that says “All content” is your friend. Type in your problem and your question will most likely be answered.

PayPal in Sri Lanka

In Sri Lanka, outward payments can be made through PayPal by linking credit cards but resident customers cannot link their bank accounts to the platform to receive payments.

First check your bank card active or  not, if not active your card, try that thing first if this doesn't work change your card and add different card and try ,also that thing also doesn't work contact eBay they will fix your problem ,or you can use your PayPal for payout
