Payment issue

While I pay for bid shows an error message "One or more sellers can't accept payments right now". Why is that case?

It could be any number of things. Do some research into the seller. It could be a problem on their end.

I'm having an issue with that right now... trying to buy some elastics for my wife's project. I get the following error

"Unfortunately, you can't use a credit or debit card to pay for this order. This option might be unavailable if:

We don't accept credit or debit card purchases on this country's site

A seller doesn't accept credit or debit cards"

I sent a message to the seller, so we will see...

Honestly, the shortest route to an answer of what is going on is contacting eBay. That being said, they have a horrible habit of pointing fingers at everyone else when it's the problem is on their end. There tons of reports of payment issues every day and its been like that for nearly a year.

I've had this happen before when I throw a few things from various sellers into my shopping cart and then I go to check out and pay all of them.  So I went and started paying for the stuff seller by seller.  That worked.  I'm not sure what caused the issue but it worked out fine.  I've had this happen a few times over the years and I've always been able to pay them one by one and finish my purchases.

Are you trying to pay multiple sellers with one payment?

Sellers can opt of being included when paying more than one seller.  If that is the case, just pay each one separately.
