Seller not received postage

Hi I sold an item for £200 and added £30 postage as was going to Europe via royal mail and I only received £170. I expected a reduction of about £30 for ebay costs but it seems I have not received the postage. Any advice please.

Buyers can’t to pay

I tried several times to make a payment with a debit card on eBay but it failed. I am still making other online payments with this debit card. The bank says there is no problem with the card. It would be a great help if you could explain why..
