"Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated"

i want to help how to fix this error

You are in Sri Lanka, did you register with Payoneer for your funds?

After you sucessfully linked to Payoneer did you wait to get the email from eBay saying you are all set? That takes up to 4 weeks to get approved, and if you're approved eBay tells you to attach a debit or credit card to eBay for seller fees that aren't taken from your payouts.

Did you do that?  Did you make a listing before you were all set? Because it looks like you registered and sold an item in a couple of weeks without waiting on eBay to tell you you're all set.

Thinking more why you are restricted. It's not in your sold list but I see a partial view of an apple product, a back cover for an apple iPhone, perhaps? Chinese Apple products are usually counterfeit. Did you buy the cover from an Apple store or from a dropshipper from China? Is eBay asking for receipts?

Normally after you link a Payoneer account for payouts you have to attach a debit or credit card to eBay for seller fees that aren't taken from your payouts.  However, it appears that eBay is offering to let you attach your Payoneer account for those fees, and that's probably because banks in Sri Lanka at times block payments and debits.

Here's the link for paying for seller fees but I don't know if its been updated to attach a Payoneer account for those fees.

Can you add your Payoneer account for seller fees from that message?

Anyway, you need to attach a payment method for seller fees.

What did the message tell you what you need to do to re-instate your account?  Did you register your account with your country and retain a business license? More info would be helpful.

They registered for a selling account and sold an item. They need to add a payment method for seller fees. Didn't you see where eBay is letting them know they can use their Payoneer account as an option for those fees?
