Why ebay doesn't display my account statement

Why is ebay not displaying my account statement?  I have been buying with my AMEX credit card and recently selling a used book.   I used PayPal in the pastor few years ago and stop using it.   Is there a way I can see the transection like Amazon?  Thanks

A bit confusing, but you can see the transactions of things you've bought under your Purchase History. (eBay has no access to your AMEX account information.) Regarding the book you've sold, those funds now go to a bank account... you don't need PayPal to sell.

Did you sign up for MANAGED PAYMENTS?   ALL sellers have to use this now.  You can still use PAYPAL to buy. Your selling proceeds are being held by ebay until you sign into MANAGED PAYMENTS.  They will NEVER ever again go into Paypal.  Sign up for the program. You will need to provide a bank account #.  It will need to be verified. You will also have to provide ebay with a social security number.  This is the law now and it's non-negotiable.   Eventually ebay will stop you from selling until you comply.   Also if you have not sold much in the last year, you will be treated like a new seller and your funds can be held upto 30 days.  You can still print through ebay shipping and ebay will release the exact amount of money to pay for the shipping label.

Yes I did, I have a bank saving account and AMEX card attached on ebay.  I used PayPal before and didn't want to use it anymore and I just deleted it on ebay. 

I tried too cancel my PayPal account totally on PayPal portal and it took me to no where.  Over there, I tried deleting my saving account link, PayPal keeps playing trick  not letting me delete it useless I add another payment link.  I added my Amex Card and deleted my saving Account link.  Then I tried to  delete my account, it said I could not because I have a payment link that need to be delete first.   Then I  tried to delete my Credit Card, It said I could not unless I add another.

I believe you must attach a checking account and not a savings account.

Attach another account before you can delete your savings account.

Almost all buyers can use Pay-Pal to buy items, there is no way to delete it from your listings if that is your goal. It is the same as any other payment source, such as a credit or debit card that a buyer can use, you will not know what source the buyers are using to pay with anyway.  Other than that, just stop using it to buy with, you don't have to pay with Pay-Pal.

Ebay would NOT have access to your credit card statement or your bank account statement. You can view your purchase in MY EBAY under PURCHASES.  That should show you the amount that you paid, the shipping and the sales tax if any.

If you look in MY EBAY, you can also see your sales.  You will see the breakdown of the fees too.  It will also show you what you spent on shipping if you use Ebay shipping. You do need a bank account inorder to get the funds.

The Seller Hub is on All Orders, Selling only display the active items placed on Sale. I have the item I sold listed with the tracking number.  It was delivered on 12/16/2022.  Shouldn't ebay pay me now and notify me as well.  I didn't see anything including it was marked as delivered.

You can't use a savings account, it has to be a checking account.

For new sellers, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

Sometimes the hold can be 30 days depending on the cost of the item, sometimes the item can be a high risk item like phones or expensive jewelry and ebay holds 30 days.  If it's a foreign sale, they hold it 30 days too since it takes longer for the item to arrive.

Keep listing. Keep doing a great job as a seller.  As you build trust, ebay will hold the money less time.
