Why 5.9 USD reduce from my PayPal to eBay automatically?

Yesterday I got massage fro PayPal which I have sent payment of 5.9 USD to eBay. But I did not purchase anything. I used ebay for selling, is there tax or something for selling annual? Why that 5.9 USD reduce from my account?

If you sold something recently, it could be selling fees, currency exchange, shipping, etc. Go to you Seller account a look at your invoice breakdown.

They didn't tell you that you had to pay fee's when you bought the course, teaching you how to sell on Ebay and bypass the Pay Pal restrictions.

You're from Sri Lanka and can't legally accept Pay Pal payments.
Probably won't be long before your account is suspended, like others from Sri Lanka have been.
