Why can't we talk about MP in this group????? Does Ebay not like us saying how screwed up the program is?????
And then if you "follow" their link there is no one else there.
AMAZING!!!!

Perhaps it is because sellers have too many questions ebay can't or doesn't want to address?

Or perhaps it is because there is a Payments Discussion Board which is dedicated to that topic?

True, but there are still a lot of people that can't even find the boards. If someone comes here as a seller, why would they think to go to the 'Payments' board if they are having a problem with completing the 'sale'? Not everyone has a 'logical mind'.

Just a thought!
We know that the employees are probably working from home. With technology today, why can't those customer service employees receive calls during their working hours?

Hehehehehehe. You mean drop everything to answer the phone or make a call?

I see plenty of threads on MP - maybe too many - in the general seller board. Some are moved, yes, but many remain. Regardless, not all of think that MP is a bad program. Actually, I do prefer MP to PayPal. The benefits outweigh the detriments - at least in my situation.

It may have something to do with the type of phone (cell phone vs land line), volume of calls not allowed by the carrier, setting up each employee’s phone to accept a call going in to eBay and back out to the employee.
Then if I call CS, do I want a distracted rep with a pot boiling over in the kitchen and a crying baby on their lap trying to help me.
