Under Payouts - Taxes it says there is no 1099-K available. There is no "Create Detailed Report" to click on. When I click on anything on the page I get nothing. No date to choose, no "date created", nothing responds. Looking at my personal account information, I see my SS No is saved, and I have continued to receive my payouts. I am going to have to file for an extension if I can't find the report - or how to create the report (Form 1099-K) I have no problems with creating successful transaction reports. What can I do? Who do I contact? I called the number provided and a recording asked if she could send me a link to the information about 1099-K. Thanks !

You're in Texas so a 1099 was not required for 2021 sales unless over $20k & 200 transactions.
The $600 fed doesn't take place until 2022 is completed, which you will then get in 2023.
You need to use your books to report whatever amount you sold for 2021.

Hi @vendere-mundi ,
Here is a link to the page that "should" have any 1099-Ks you should get as downloadable files.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/taxforms
As a long shot, you might try this in a different browser.
Regards,
Mr. L

Hi Ken. Yes, I did sell more than $600. Thanks!

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't that $600 threshold begin with the 2022 tax year?
Wasn't the limit for 2021 about $2 K or so?

Thanks Mr. Lincoln. The link takes me to the page I have been looking at. I will try a different browser now.

But I get this same message for my 2022 sales and sold ~$5,000. Yes, my SSN is on file, I get regular payouts, so why no 1099-K? Making me nervous.

EMP Forms 1099-K are not available yet. eBay and PayPal both really push the legal limit (releasing 1099s by January 31). It's a pain in the butt.
