Where does the balance due/credit due from pre-MP go once you are in MP?

We were opted into MP on June 28. Our billing cycle ends on the 31st of each month.

Obviously, we still owed money after the statement ran June 31 and they took the money from our card on July 8.

However, since then....we obviously still get FVF credits/promoted listing fee credits, etc. on orders that were placed from before we were in MP. 

My last invoice rom July 31 (which I assume will be the last non-MP invoice I will ever get) shows a credit of $113 (again, this is all from pre-MP orders before June 28).

I don't see this $113 applied anywhere on my MP transactions. Do they just refund my card then that I had been using to pay invoices pre-MP?

@autotechlighting  If I remember correctly, was a while back, balance due before conversion was paid via existing method. In my case that was PayPal. Then everything out of MP after that. There may be a way to pay the balance out of the new account linked to MP not sure.

I was converted in May and eBay wanted payment via my existing method as well. 

Not that they actually messaged me about it or anything. No... I stumbled across it on my Payments page by accident, while I was checking to see how much to expect in my next payout. Made the payment and all seems to be working as I was told it should.
