Hi, would like to put an account on file to pay selling fees. eBay will not approve an account. Need to have something on file to pay selling /store fees, pay for labels, and pay for refunds. Have spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this? Cannot do business on eBay if refunding a customer a small amount of money is not possible. It affects our relationship with customers. It’s super unprofessional. As much as PayPal was very difficult to deal with, ebay managed payments is really looking worse right now.

Have removed and added accounts, adjusted address every which way, tried different browsers, different devices. No change. There is nothing wrong with accounts. eBay has no problem charging them for purchases.

Some cards are a problem with eBay.  If you have another, try it.  You can call your card company and see if they can help.   The prepaid Visa never seem to be accepted.

What kind of card is it?

My bank debit card, I had problems adding it to a couple of my online accounts.

Called the main branch and they put a block on some sites, so I had to ask them to remove the blocks and now it works fine.
