Want to change registration address

I registered my ebay account outside us before relocating to US. Is it possible to change my registration address to US because it is only then I can use this my primary ebay account to make use of giftcard. I have another account in US but I already worn an offer with this account and I bought some gift cards before that I would like to use now. Please I want to know if after I just change my address to US in "personal info" in my account can transform my foreign registration to US to accept gift card.

The system will not let you change your country of registration from Nigeria to USA.

When I notice your account is in Nigeria....well, maybe return the gift cards where you bought them for a refund.

Most people have receipts.

And I assume the cards were not purchased in Nigeria.

And I think you can register as a guest on eBay to use the gift cards.

From the FAQs: "You need an eBay account registered in the U.S. and a U.S. shipping address to use an eBay Gift Card." That makes me think that you can't use them as a guest, no?

You are out of luck. You must be physically located in the U.S. in order to be registered in the U.S.

There are no refunds on gift cards.
