I sold an expensive turntable to a buyer over a month ago. They received it, and then a day later their bank opened up a claim against me saying they didn't get a refund. Obviously they didn't, they received the turntable. I replied to the claim with the tracking info thru eBay showing it was delivered. And explained I also have messages in my eBay messages from the buyer saying they received the item as well. Weeks go by with no resolution. Finally they sided with me and release my funds. But a week later they reopened the case and sided with the buyer and took the funds from my bank account. Causing several issues. Now the buyer has the turntable and a refund. And I can't get any help ANYWHERE from eBay. It's ridiculous. I'm being punished and didn't do anything wrong! Please help!

I don't really understand about their "bank" opening a claim, or what kind of claim it was. That said, your need to remember that buyers on eBay have at least 2 and, if they used PayPal, 3 ways to open claims and force refunds. I'm guessing that you won an eBay INR claim by proving delivery, and then the buyer opened a NAD claim with PayPal which you lost. Do you not have any correspondence on the reasons for the claims? Or with the buyer?
Remember, you need to respond to claims before any deadline expires or, as happened here, the buyer gets the item and your money.
