Update Bank Account for Payments

I am trying to find out how I can update my bank account for payments of sold items. There is no Edit Button as shown on Ebay's instructions. There is only a manage button and this does not give me the option to edit my bank account or even view what's there:

1. Go to Payments in your My eBay.
2. Select Edit under your bank account labeled Used for payouts.
3. Make your changes and select Update bank account.

Also, Ebay is showing Available Funds, next payout 8/2  What does this mean? How can I edit my bank account? I don't know why this is so difficult. I am tempted not to sell on Ebay any longer.

look on the right and there should be an edit button for the bank account........

the 8/2 means that they will transfer the payout amount to your bank account on that date.  in that same square as above, you can "change" your payout method to every day or once a wk.

Under the Payments tab, click Payment Settings.
