Unable to list my handmade jewelry--Eror message about managed payment restrictions

Please help!

I sell exclusively my handmade jewelry. Every new listing I try to create, I get this error message

Jewelry is not on the restricted list for Managed Payments, perhaps there is something in your Title that is causing your issue.

How long have you been in Managed Payments? You created some listings just a few days ago.

What an annoying message -- it should tell you what exact "certain types of items" are the issue!

The issue isn't jewelry per se, so my guess is that the bots are seeing words that are on their prohibited list.  Could be ivory, coral, etc. even if you're using those as the names of colors. Maybe somebody has a link  to the Managed Payments restrictions, to study for clues.

This happened to me last night and today - I sell handmade rosaries and I got the same message, and when you click on the link provided, my item category is not listed as restricted.  I have been selling handmade rosaries for years on Ebay!  So I called them today, and the gentleman (Andreas) said it was a computer glitch and that the techs are working on it, and have been working on it for days now so hopefully they will fix it soon, and that I should just keep trying.

Then I looked over the community boards and found someone who said the word "free gift" is not allowed anymore.  I give a free gift with every purchase, and I checked the item that I got the error message on, and I did have "Free gift with fast payment" at the bottom of the listing.  I removed that sentence and I was able to list the item.  I have just listed 4 more items successfully, making sure the word "free" is not in the description or title.  I don't know if this is it, but you might try it.  Hope it helps!

Oh my gosh, you just totally solved my problem.  I had the EXACT same issue and tech support could not help me.  But I did indeed have the phrase "FREE GIFT" in my listings because I include one with my handmade items.  Once I took that out of the body of the listing, problem solved.  Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to respond to the seller.  You completely fixed my issues!!!

I had the same problem but another seller solved it - see her response below about having the phrase "free gift" in the listing.  I sell handmade items and was unable to list any since it changed to the managed payments because I happen to give buyers of my handmade gift items a free gift.  I had to take that language out and now I can list all of my restricted listings.
