Managed Payment Refund

Anyone know how to issue a refund through managed payments?

I'm probably missing something obvious.

It's easy. Go to your Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and Shipped.

Select 'Send Refund' from the drop-down box to the left of the order. Enter the refund amount, confirm and Send.

Hello! In my case the drop-down box next to the "Paid and Shipped" order contains no 'Send Refund' option. Is this option available only at certain cases? Any suggestions will be much appreciated!
