Trying to Pay

I have been trying to pay a seller all morning and for whatever reason I can't pay with anything. Discover isn't working, Debit isn't working, Google pay isn't working, Paypal isn't working. What gives?

Since you are in the US; and unless you recently moved and haven't changed your address with all those creditors, it's probably a glitch. Wait 10 minutes, 2 hours, a day at most; it will clear.
