Item not showing on my Purchases even though I've paid for it.

I've paid for a Kindle but it doesn't show on my Purchases. I've contacted the seller, he says it's not from his end and he didn't receive anything. What should I do? I've been saving a lot for this one 😞

How did you pay for it?

Check that source first.

Maybe you didn't 'click' something to finish the buy?

I paid via a credit card and I received a  notification from my bank app saying the transaction has been completed with ebay. Problem is I didn't receive an email of my purchase from ebay and the seller didn't receive anything either.
