You're a new seller and your funds will be held until after tracking shows the items were delivered.

You listed items for sale offering worldwide shipping.  It doesn't appear that you followed eBay policy for selling internationally because you  can't offer items for sale internationally until you've been selling for 90 days and have 10 feedback points for selling.
