The fraudster changes the product description after the sale and bypasses the e-buy rules.

A scammer with an excellent rating came up with the following scheme:
1) Sells a product (in my case it was AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT). The description fully corresponds to the product. But in the photo the AMD Ryzen 7.
2) I write a letter to the seller and specify what he is selling. The seller says it's Ryzen 9. I'm taking screenshots.
3) I check the seller's profile and he has a lot of positive reviews. I am making a purchase. The money has been paid.
4) The seller sends me a letter and says that he made a mistake. And that's all.
5) The seller changes the name of the product and its description. Now this is a different product. Older and not matching what I bought.
6) I write a letter to the seller, but he does not answer.

Result:
- I cannot return the product because it has not yet been delivered to me.
- I cannot make a complaint that the product does not match the description. The description has been changed.
- I cannot make a complaint, because the standard e-buy rules are not violated.
- The seller in the store has more such items.
- I'm trying to contact the e-buy tech support.

Question:
Advise me how to get the technical support to fulfill the seller's obligations or a full and quick refund.

Thanks in advance everyone!

I'm afraid there will be no quick refund. Once you ignored the warning signs, wrong pic and seller from China, you are in for the long haul. Once you receive the item you open a case for receiving the wrong item. Keep an eye on the delivery times, you have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date should the item not arrive.

Thank you for your opinion, .
I am now interested in another question:
If the product description has already been changed, can I file a complaint that this is not the product that I ordered?

Re: The fraudster changes the product description after the sale and bypasses the e-buy rules.

Update1:
After a rather long correspondence with the seller and complaints to the E-buy technical support, a letter came to my mail stating that the Seller canceled the deal and returned the money to me.
But they have not yet appeared on the account.
I'm waiting for what happens next.
