Technical problems not resolved for many years

Some years ago I sold couple things. Every time when I tried to pay Ebay fees there was a error generated by web page.

I reported it. They gave me a link to attach screenshots with visible problem, which I did. They did completely nothing.

I tried to remind about problem, but with no luck - either they requested me to send same screenshots again (how I should do that when it's not possible?) or it was no reply for weeks.

Years later, I lost access to my email which I used in my Ebay account. But page instead of giving me form, it displayed another error.

So I tried to reach support again. I think same idiots are working there, because they told me to send screenshots, while there is no possibility in support form to attach any files.

Literally I want to pay this stupid ~8 dollars, but I can't because if errors. This problem is not for couple days but couple years. Complete idiots works at Ebay.

Today I tried to use support form again and looks like it also has some bugs - randomly it deletes last char - sometimes it happens once and sometimes 2-3 times in a row.

This community page also has some bug, because to post here, I had to make a another account, which didn't help after first try (same 400 error with some JSON data). After second try it worked.
