So WHERE is my Payout Message???????????????????????

It's 9 AM on Tuesday, my Weekly Payout day ... usually the "We sent you a payout" message is already in my eBay Inbox ... but not today ... I checked the Payouts tab and sure enough, they said they sent a payout.  Now, I know for a fact that the message is meaningless with regard to when eBay actually sends the payout BUT NOT getting the message points to another Managed Payments BETA program glitch. 

Sadly, I will have to wait until later today to check my online banking to see if in fact any money was sent OR worse case tomorrow morning.

And of course I had to post this message on the obscure Payments board so it will not get much attention ...
