Sent wrong item to buyers , one of the buyers requested a refund but still wanted item ,I refunded buyer .once I got items back I shipped the correct items to buyer who did not request a refund. Buyer who I refunded asked me to ship they item to him wich I did . How do I get money I refunded back

Hi! Thanks for making sure your buyer was taken care of here. When you process a voluntary refund, we don't have a way to reverse that on our end, so you'll want to continue working with your buyer for recoupment. This can be done by exchanging PayPals through messaging to have them pay for the item. While exchanging this information is often not allowed, this is the one instance where it's okay.
