So I was inactive from selling for over a year I come back with a new bank account still in the same name and address and link it to my ebay and I guess that's what triggered the account restriction. But after finally getting receipts for 3 of the 4 items sold in the last year I send ebay everything they asked for and they send me an email saying my account will remain indefinitely suspended. I have never gotten one complaint on ebay, they all leave me good feedback when I sell. The only thing I did differently in the last year was get a new bank. They paid me out 2 weeks before this restriction and then all of a sudden restricted. These buyers already got their items and im out of the item and the money now. Ebay won't respond to me on how I get my money. Please someone help me get my money.

Idk why you're gonna sit here and lie about me making a new account and getting sanctioned a year ago.  I can 100% confirm i have never violated  any of ebays policies that warranted a permanent ban and I did not create an account or was sanctioned before. Ebay is a disgusting company that seems to be on a ban wave banning multiple high end electronics sellers for no reason at all.

It was not my intention of saying anything that was untrue.  I apologize to you if I misunderstood what has been posted here.  You are however correct, I did misread some of the posts by you and that is absolutely my fault.  I didn't lie, but I certainly got it WRONG, again my apologies.

Ebay does not restrict sellers unless they have a reason.  Some reasons are wrong and some aren't.  If for some reason they can't get your information needed for MP to function cleared up, whether it is their fault or yours, they simply can't process the money.

Ebay hasn't stolen your money.  They certainly are going to hold it as they have to per the laws that they have to adhere to.  But again, IDK what you have to do to clear up whatever the issue is with your Bank account as it doesn't at all make sense.  Until that is resolved, no matter who's fault it is, the restriction will hold.

Now this isn't much of a help but it is what Ebay does.  If six months or so pass, they will send your money to the state you are in, to the Unclaimed Funds department.  Then you submit your request for your money to them and whatever their rules are for collecting it.  Or so we have been told.  I don't know of anyone that has had to go through this process yet.

I so understand your plight and it is really not fair to the sellers and the buyers! I was lifetime restricted for what they alleged is "seller performance" for a single month after selling for 11years with 100%feedback and could not wrap my head around there reasoning except that ebay only wants the big money makers and are pushing out the little guys any way they can. I contacted them repeatedly for 6 months until i contacted the BBB to finally get an answer as to why I was banned and they come up with the performance crock.
