Requesting payout is blocked

Hello, a few times in the recent past my express payouts were cancelled for whatever reasons. Eventually they went through. This time now it says  "blocked. I just received multiple payouts earlier yesterday with no problem. Please help

Hmmm... I'll start by saying that I've never used Express Payouts. So... I went to my Seller Hub/Payments/Summary to tick the 'Say hello to express payouts' link to try to research your issue. The link 'Refused to connect'. But I tried... 😑

Sit tight for other posters with experience. Good luck.

I called, seems like its normal. They are experiencing a problem. Let's hope they can fix it quick...

I haven't had a problem yet. I love it. Everything paid up to date? Monthly fees. Open claims? Any eBay shipping labels not paid?  Your account seems a little new. Any changes on banking with routing number or debit card...or address...added someone or deleted someone? Any changes your eBay account or your bank account will make this happen.

Its working now. I talked to a different Customer Service Rep earlier that actually told me the truth that said it was a problem that they knew about that was effecting express payouts to debit cards. Just another Ebay glitch

It’s still not working for me. I’ve had my payout cancelled and returned all 4 times I’ve tried it within the last 24 hours.
