Hello, a few times in the recent past my express payouts were cancelled
for whatever reasons. Eventually they went through. This time now it
says "blocked. I just received multiple payouts earlier yesterday with

The 2 pictures show funds were taken out but ebay declined both attempts
asking for 3 digit security code on debit card. Figured id try agajn
