Hi I recently returned an item, I scanned the label at usps and sent it on saturday. The item has been delivered as shown by the tracking number on the receipt I got. However on the app and my account it still shows as awaiting for the package on my end basically saying I have yet to send the package back and I only have up to December 10th. Is this normal?
