Can,I start selling without feedbacks?
What is the important of buying feedbacks for selling.

You don't buy feedback. You buy products.

Odd question. How could you accumulate FB as a seller without having made any sales?
As someone else pointed out, you don't buy feedbacks.
All new sellers start out with no FB as a seller. Some may start their eBay career by doing some buying first.

You can't buy feedback and you can't sell here until you sucessfully attach a Payoneer account for payouts and eBay sends you an email letting you know your selling account is activated and your're all set to sell. That takes 2-4 weeks after sucessfully linking a Payoneer account.
Do have a business license? You' need one.
Go to eBay Academy while you wait for the email that says you're all set.

I think we may be misinterpreting what you mean by buying feedback. I hope you mean having feedback you receive from sellers when you buy a product.
A few feedback as a buyer would be good. It would at least show you have some idea of how eBay works.

I understand what the OP is asking :
Your BUYER feedbacks IN YOUR profile are still a valid aspect if you start selling. They are still a good indicator of your character as a person. A buyer looking to purchase from you can base their decision on those feedbacks as well.
I have had many good transactions with first time sellers and have used their personal feedbacks they received as buyers as affirmation of intent. My purchase, and those following, then build up their SELLER profile.

@Anonymous
You just signed on to Ebay yesterday. Have you even applied for managed payments thru Payoneer yet? It takes 2-4 weeks to be approved by Ebay to sell. Instead of being concerned about feedback because it's not necessary to have it to sell, I'd be more concerned with setting up my account to start selling and being hopeful you will be even able to sell here on Ebay. Then once your Payoneer account is set up, consider attending the Ebay academy:
https://academy.ebay.com/student/catalog
That way you'll get more hands on advice and wouldn't have to come to this forum to ask questions that you would be learning in the academy. It's always best to learn on your own.
Good luck should you choose to enroll.

You people are pretty rude here today!!

What the heck?!?
"Instead of being concerned about feedback because it's not necessary to have it to sell..."
That is the OP's question, so.... ? All that other rudeness... is just ... rude!

Again... GEEZ!
Also, I've been selling on eBay for 20 years (on and off), and I don't have a business license.
Lighten up a little. DANG!

Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.
While you're waiting, go here:

Years ago, you could buy a feedback. But if you look at someone's feedback, it can be divided by feedback received as a seller and feedback received as a buyer. The best thing that you can do is start selling inexpensive items that are easy to ship. Once they sell, ship fast after VERIFYING that you got paid. Do NOT start selling pricey items. Scammers love to scam newbie sellers when they list pricey items.

Members from Sri Lanka are obligated to obtain a business license before selling on eBay.
They are also often misled by unscrupulous people selling them get rich on eBay “courses” that tell them that posting on the eBay boards has a positive effect on the selling abilities. It’s also possible that they were told to buy 1 cent items to accumulate feedback as has recently been enquired about on this board.
That is why some of the replies might have been a little curt, these OPs rarely come back for more information, and usually do everything the opposite of how they have been advised.

This is not on topic, and nothing to do with the OPs issue, but it was brought up.
I agree... There is a level of frustration reached sometimes and we try to help but wonder if we are wasting our time. A lot come here and give scant info, and never return to show the slightest courtesy of letting us know we helped, or simply say thank you .
And we will see another post like it. And another... And another. And still, we will try to help. Every time. Often answering something that was answered one thread before it. And then... Crickets. Until we do it all again.
Its not like we are paid to do this, we are donating valuable time to do what we do here. So, yeah... We may come off sounding a little tired. But the message is there. And if some misread it and make it personal or blow it out of proportion, well, that's their issue.
In defense of ckimodog... This is a valued member of the forums and I believe was just unfairly blasted. I don't believe Doggie said anything I wouldn't have... And was correct in every way. The angst with their post is a little over the top
Lighten up... Indeed.

RUDE to the OP? What did I say that was rude? Exactly what did I say that I need to lighten up? Please be specific.
You never seem to reply to the OP but instead you want
to micro-manage what others say. I believe the moderators would remove my comment if I was rude to the OP.

BTW, I forgot to add YOU don't need a business license to sell here but Sri Lanka does. It's a requirement by their government to sell on eBay. eBay takes 2-4 weeks to activate their selling account because they make sure all their ducks are in a row.
Thought you should know what's good for the goose ain't always good for the gander.
