Refund after cancellation

I cancelled an order around a week and a half ago. EBay claims that if the item hadn’t been sent out yet, after 3-5 business days, you should receive your refund. Has been 7 business days now and still haven’t received anything. Don’t know what to do.

You can ask to cancel but the seller doesn't have to.

If they do decide to accept the cancellation a refund would be forthcoming. 

If ths item is not received by the expected delivery date file an item not receiced dispute to get your money back.

Item has probably been mailed.

Seller does not have to cancel order nor does seller need to email buyer in regards to the situation.

Check when "estimated date of delivery" of item is. 

You can always return item...but expect to wait for a refund.
