Shipping Charges

A buyer paid for shipping.  I bought a shipping label which was higher than what the buyer paid for.  That's fine - I knew I would pay for some of the shipping.  But it looks as if my earnings are not reflective of the buyers payment for shipping.  Has this happened to anyone?

Shipping Charges

Look at the order details The first box on the right shows you the total amount the buyer paid, this total will include price of the item + shipping( if you offer free shipping this line will be zero) + sales tax(if applicable) . The next box will show you your earnings Order total minus sales tax minus transaction costs (seller fees) minus shipping cost when you ship. The reminder is your net profit.

If it is the pie server, that item sold with free shipping.

Shipping Charges

Look at the Order Details page to see details and breakdown. The payouts do not always reflect any single transaction, and may have other credits/debits attached to them:

shipping in and out.jpg

1 - what the customer paid you

2 - what you paid for the label (if purchased through ebay labels)
