Recent summary page change

The top left box recently changed to a solid blue box with white lettering as shown:

1.  The most concerning thing is the "you don't have any up coming payouts"  (this does show a $ Amount for available funds).........  I'm scheduled for Tues payouts, but this makes me think I'm not.........do I have to "reschedule"??????

2.  That large block of blue "coming at you" from previously white pages is a shock, at least to my eyes.........I would suggest a lighter color or a thin border of that color.........

I was recently subject to a hold.......and I subsequently refunded the buyer.  The Blue box above showed the hold.....and continued to show the hold for 24-36 hrs after I refunded the buyer.  In the meantime, I was shown to have a negative balance........since sales did not cover the hold balance.......even tho the hold was there.  It seems like to me the refund should be charged to the hold.......not to the general balance unless that balance included the hold balance......which would not have put me in a neg balance.  Would save you alot of questions, I would think........

I posted about the "Blue Box" in another post (and nobody responded)...this screen is incorrect because it's not current for Holds....it takes a day or longer for a released hold amount to decrease and the amount added to the available funds even though if you look at the hold details, the hold is no longer there. When a hold is released, they should be able to immediately update this screen in real time. They do so when a hold is added!

As for the neg balance...remember, if a buyer pays you it takes a day or two for those funds to become available...so, you may have refunded the buyer from your available funds while the original payment could still have been processing,

Many of us have asked for this to be changed so it comes from the processing funds IF the refund is from a payment that is still pending...but eBay appears unwilling to make the change.
