Receiving payments via PayPal.

this is my first time selling on eBay and i'm quite confused. it says the funds were sent on December 13th via PayPal. And it hasn't gone through. I went through the customer service thing on eBay and it says the funds would be released to my PayPal account within 24 hours and that was yesterday.

New seller Holds can last up to 21 days depending on the item sold and the amount. You can go here and read all about it, and check the status of yours.
