Received microdeposits, no way to enter them

My bank account has received eBay’s useless little micro deposits, but there is zero way to verify / enter it. The blue banner at the top of my seller hub page just tells me that it will show up in 2 to 4 days. Well I have already got it and it’s just telling me that useless information still. Do I have to wait for eBay to send me an email or something to enter these micro deposits? Really frustrating stuff.

Did you ever get a reply on how to type in the microdeposits to verify your  bank account. I've tried several times and I can't type the amounts in the given space.
