Offers now auto-pay if accepted, lost ability to click through cash back sites e.g. topcashback

This started fairly recently for me, is there a way to disable it?

If you're asking as a buyer there is no way to avoid it.

Sellers can now have their buyer  requirements enabled to require a payment method before making an offer, and to require a payment method before placing a bid.

Thanks for the info... I also noticed this means I can't use gift cards as those are also applied at checkout.
