 I have old account and I receive this message I have everything legal my document my selles  and i don't know why.

10 days you say.

First you must sucessfully link to a Payoneer account for payouts. Then it takes eBay 2-4 WEEKS to approve your account for selling. When you're approved eBay will send you an email saying you're  all set and tell you your limits.  Were you all set for payouts before you listed?

Then after you sell, your payment will be held 14-30 days to assure the buyer gets their item before your payout is released.
